Early Morning at Terrigal a few snaps of my morning photo shoot.
New Filters
31 MayYeah my new filters have arrived & today was a perfect day to try them out ! the clouds were really stormy at Terrigal so they were great to try out with them I used the Grey, Orange & Blue Grad filters, all the photos are taken one after each other. I have to say that the Grey & orange are my Favorite both give a great feel.
Merit Award from Camera Club
21 MayMERIT Has she been whisked off to heaven, to another galaxy, the moon, mars…even the thought of walking in those high heels along rocks is out of place unless it is a romantic encounter but even then the fact that they have been neatly placed together on the rock is out of place from what would be expected…a good use of technique with the monochrome rocks against the red shoes, it helps to pinpoint and isolate the story. But I digress as the title is ‘Where’s Dorothy?’ and you do wonder about the owner of the shoes, where is she and why?

The comment for my other entry
I like the peep toes of the shoes being just close to the water but not touching it….it evokes a bit of erotism…I like the reflection of in the water and it provokes the question of how did they get there…did last night a couple engage in some wild abandonment activities and left them there? A tantilising sense of wonder….
